• 8-10 years of experience in legal or compliance roles.
• Strong understanding of digital assets and financial regulations.
• Exceptional negotiation and communication skills needed.
• Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Legal Studies, Compliance, Finance, or a related field.
• A minimum of 8-10 years of experience in a legal or compliance environment.
• Strong understanding of digital assets and blockchain technology.
• Proven ability to draft high-quality legal correspondence.
• Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Experience in cross-border legal coordination preferred.
• Leadership experience within legal or compliance teams preferred.
