Senior Compliance Analyst - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Compliance Analyst to join our U.S. Compliance team, supporting OKX’s U.S. operations and assisting the BSA Officer and Senior Compliance Manager in ensuring adherence to all local regulatory requirements.

In Short

• Maintain and renew state money transmitter licenses (MTLs).
• Manage regulatory reporting obligations.
• Coordinate with state regulators.
• Oversee compliance with unclaimed property and escheatment requirements.
• Conduct customer due diligence (CDD) and enhanced due diligence (EDD) reviews.
• Assist with regulatory mapping and reporting.
• Support audits and regulatory examinations.
• Maintain compliance policies and documentation.
• Strong understanding of U.S. financial services regulations.
• 4+ years of experience in compliance or regulatory risk.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in compliance, AML/CDD, licensing, or regulatory risk.
• Strong understanding of U.S. financial services regulations.
• Proven experience managing compliance reporting programs.
• Excellent analytical and organizational skills.
• Strong communication skills.
• High ethical standards and professional integrity.
• Familiarity with compliance systems and regulatory reporting portals.
