Overview

The Investment Manager at Tether holds end-to-end accountability for investment execution related to the Tether expansion team, leading strategic expansion investment transactions from origination through close.

In Short

• Lead the full lifecycle of investment transactions from term sheet through close.
• Design and drive the end-to-end due diligence process.
• Author and own Investment Committee memoranda.
• Serve as the primary relationship owner for assigned portfolio companies.
• Drive the build-out and continuous improvement of Tether RISE fund’s Investment operating infrastructure.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related discipline; MBA preferred.
• 5-10 years of relevant experience in venture capital, private equity, or investment banking.
• Experience in end-to-end investment transactions.
• Advanced financial modelling and strong command of Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong understanding of venture and growth-stage investment dynamics.
