IT Support Specialist (Part-time Contract) - Remote

Overview

We’re looking for an experienced IT Support Specialist to provide hands-on technical support and assist with systems management, user troubleshooting, and infrastructure setup.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of professional IT support or systems administration experience.
• Strong understanding of networking fundamentals and security best practices.
• Hands-on experience with Cloudflare Zero Trust, JumpCloud, and Google Workspace.
• Proficiency with both Windows and macOS environments.
• Familiarity with GitHub and basic scripting.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• IT certifications or security-focused certifications.
