Terra Nova is looking for a Legal Operations Specialist to join our growing legal transcription team. In this role, you’ll help manage workflow, ensure quality, and keep client projects moving smoothly from start to finish.

• Monitor shared inboxes and route communication.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in legal transcription or court reporting.
• Strong understanding of legal terminology and transcript formatting.
• Experience with transcription workflows or production coordination.
• Excellent communication and organization skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to multitask under pressure.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and reliable.

Benefits

• Pay rate: $20 - 23 per hour depending on experience.
• Schedule: Tuesday through Saturday, 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Eastern Time.
• Experience with MaxScribe software preferred.
