Overview

The Legal Operations Specialist is responsible for many of the Legal Department’s day-to-day operations, ensuring that workflows and priorities align with business needs. This role focuses on managing internal processes and technology tools to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Requirements

• B.A. or B.S. required, paralegal experience preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in legal project operations.
• Experience in healthcare, PBM, or SaaS preferred.
• Strong experience with legal technology solutions.
• Proven collaboration with cross-functional groups.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat Pro.
