In Short

• Lead the corporate, corporate governance, and regulatory legal management of Tenpo and its subsidiaries.
• Ensure robust corporate governance standards and regulatory relationships.
• Participate actively in the relationship with regulators, boards, committees, investors, and strategic stakeholders.
• Supervise and coordinate the legal management of the board and corporate committees.
• Manage corporate policies and regulatory governance.
• Lead and coordinate the legal relationship with regulatory bodies.
• Provide legal support for corporate operations and investments.
• Advise on financing and treasury operations.
• Lead and develop the corporate legal team.
• Identify legal and regulatory risks and propose preventive measures.

Requirements

• Law degree (licensed).
• Preferred postgraduate or specialization in Corporate, Financial, or Regulatory Law.
• Preferred training in Compliance, Corporate Governance, or Financial Market.
• Minimum 5 years in corporate, regulatory, or financial law.
• Experience leading legal teams or coordinating lawyers.
• Experience working with boards and corporate committees.
• Experience in regulated companies, banking, fintech, or corporate law firms.
• Experience interacting directly with regulators or supervisory authorities.
• Preferred experience in M&A, financing, or corporate investments.
• Advanced Spanish and intermediate-advanced English.
