Overview

The Regional Vice President (RVP) of Sales - Health Systems is responsible for driving revenue growth by selling directly to national Health Systems to add their services to the Tendo Marketplace provider network. This role focuses on acquiring new Health System partners, expanding service line inventory, and fostering strong, long-term relationships that enhance Tendo's ability to deliver affordable, high-quality healthcare options to consumers.

  • Maintain an active pipeline, delivering accurate and timely sales forecasts.
  • Build, develop, and maintain strong relationships with key customer stakeholders.
  • Partner with marketing, product, and operations teams to align sales initiatives.
  • Analyze sales metrics to inform corporate KPIs.
  • Deliver revenue models to C-Suite executives.
  • Craft value-driven proposals.
  • Lead account planning, prospecting, and cold outreach.

Requirements

  • Track record in sales success, focusing on new logo acquisition.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience managing the full sales cycle.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to analyze sales metrics and pivot strategies.
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • Software/SaaS sales experience preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience.
