Overview

As a Creative Production Manager at Level Infinite, you will assist the creative team in producing high-quality marketing assets for AAA games and manage client project communications.

• Assist Senior Creative Producer in daily operations and project management.
• Communicate with clients/partners for smooth project execution.
• Create and maintain internal and client project schedules.
• Manage workflow, analytics, project tracking, timelines, and budgeting.
• Liaise with clients and procurement for purchase orders.
• Manage the full creative process, ensuring timely deliverables.
• Conduct quality assurance for all deliverables.
• Assist with internal requests such as equipment procurement.
• Develop processes to increase team effectiveness and efficiency.
• Work with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in a producer, project management, or account services role.
• Knowledge of the creative media process, particularly in still image and video.
• Experience with cross-functional teams and managing stakeholders.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
• Experience in video game or brand marketing is a plus.
• Basic understanding of design and video software is advantageous.
• Experience with international clients/partners is beneficial.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Detail-oriented and resourceful.
