Payroll and Benefit Specialist - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a Payroll and Benefit Specialist who is self-driven and a great teammate to join our dynamic team, working closely with Human Resources and other cross-functional teams.

In Short

• Administrate full scope of payroll and benefits for exempt and non-exempt employees.
• Support payroll processing for U.S. (30%) and Canada (70%).
• Ensure data integrity between benefit vendor sites and HRIS + payroll system.
• Work with managers to ensure accurate time cards.
• Investigate and resolve pay issues.
• Perform other payroll tasks and HR projects as needed.
• 2-4 years of experience in US and Canada payroll administration.
• Experience in project management for payroll and benefits improvement.
• Meticulous attention to detail and strong communication skills.
• ADP and WorkDay experience preferred.

• 2-4 years of experience in payroll administration.
• Experience with compliance to state and federal regulations.
• Project management experience.
• Strong communication skills (Mandarin is a plus).
