As an Overnight Lifestyle Manager, you will provide personalized assistance to high-net-worth members across APAC, utilizing your creativity and cultural knowledge to deliver exceptional service.

• Serve as a trusted advisor for premium members.
• Communicate confidently with members via phone, chat, and email.
• Handle complex, high-touch requests with accuracy.
• Proactively recommend services and experiences.

Requirements

• Fluency in Cantonese, Mandarin & English (spoken and written).
• Strong customer service experience in luxury or hospitality.
• Excellent time management & multitasking skills.
• Calm and professional demeanor under pressure.
• Independent and self-motivated in a remote setting.
• Passion for solving problems and helping others.
• Familiarity with APAC markets, especially Greater China.
• Experience supporting high-net-worth clients is valued.
