Overview

The Sr. Director/VP, Genomics at Tempus AI will support the EVP, Genomics in developing and executing strategic initiatives aimed at growing the Genomics business, focusing on oncology and non-oncology areas.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required, MBA preferred.

• 3+ years managing direct reports.
• Strong business acumen and data insight translation skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with comfort in ambiguity.
• Solutions-oriented and action-biased.
• Commercial experience in oncology preferred.
