• Lead a team of GenAI Creators to deliver high-quality advertising content.
• Utilize GenAI tools to enhance creative processes.
• Collaborate with clients to refine briefs and expectations.
• Oversee the entire creative assembly process from concept to delivery.
• Inspire and manage a team to push creative boundaries.
• Engage in direct creative development and retouching as needed.
• Work with Customer Success to present and manage client feedback.
• Explore and implement new GenAI techniques for creative outputs.
• Test and provide feedback on new GenAI features with Product & Engineering teams.
• Showcase a strong portfolio of previous work.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in advertising creative development.
• Experience with GenAI tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Jasper.
• Knowledge of GenAI techniques including model selection and prompting.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Strong communication and team management skills.
• Prior agency experience preferred.
• Strong written English skills for effective communication.
• Access to a reliable computer with high-speed internet.
• A collaborative attitude with optimism about GenAI in creativity.
