GenAI Senior Art Director - Remote

Overview

We’re looking for GenAI Art Directors who will direct a team of Gen AI Creators, as well as use the Pencil platform themselves to deliver high quality, high performing ads to either enterprise clients or small businesses.

Requirements

• 5 years’ experience in advertising creative development.
• Experience with GenAI tools like ChatGPT, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop).
• Strong communication and management skills.
• Prior agency experience preferred.
• Strong written English skills.
• Access to a reliable computer with high-speed internet.
• Collaborative and team-oriented attitude.
• Ability to inspire and lead a team.
• Knowledge of GenAI techniques.
