Overview

We are seeking a leader to join our growing Scientific Communications (SciComms) team. As a candidate, you are a successful people manager who leads by example, a clear communicator, an effective collaborator, and a proactive problem solver.

• Manage and coach scientific writers.

Requirements

• Advanced degree in biomedical/life sciences or quantitative field.
• 3+ years of management and scientific writing experience.
• Exceptional verbal communication and editing skills.
• Proven experience managing research projects.
• Ability to interpret and summarize scientific literature.
• Ability to act as an individual contributor and strategic partner.
