In Short

• Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Lead preparation and coordination of audits.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations.
• Prepare and review financial statements in compliance with GAAP.
• Manage the general ledger and account reconciliations.
• Evaluate and monitor internal controls.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements.
• Provide mentorship to junior accountants.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA required.
• 5-7 years of accounting experience, with 3 years in audit.
• Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero).
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
