As a Data Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining the data infrastructure that powers our analytics and business intelligence capabilities.

In Short

• Design, build, and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines.
• Manage and optimize Snowflake data warehouse.
• Configure and maintain Fivetran connectors.
• Develop and maintain data transformation layers using SQL and dbt.
• Build and manage automated workflows for data refreshes.
• Partner with analytics team to understand data requirements.
• Implement data quality monitoring and validation frameworks.
• Document data models, pipelines, and processes.
• Support HIPAA-compliant data handling practices.
• Troubleshoot data issues and perform root cause analysis.

Requirements

• B.S. in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in data engineering or analytics engineering.
• Expert-level SQL skills.
• Experience with cloud data warehouses, preferably Snowflake.
• Hands-on experience with ETL/ELT tools.
• Proficiency in Python for data processing.
• Experience with data transformation tools such as dbt.
• Strong understanding of data modeling concepts.
• Familiarity with version control (Git).
• Experience with marketing and advertising data is a plus.
