We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Bilingual (Spanish and English) Call Center Agent to join our team at Telvista. The ideal candidate will have a proven background in customer service and call center operations, with the ability to manage both inbound and outbound calls for a large telecommunications company.

Requirements

• Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English (verbal and written).
• Minimum 3 years of Call Center and Customer Service experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Typing speed of 60 WPM minimum.
• Excellent verbal communication and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
