Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and fluent bilingual Call Center Agent who can communicate effortlessly in both Quebecois French and American English to join our Dallas-based team. This position supports both inbound and outbound customer communications and is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service.

In Short

  • Deliver professional and empathetic service in both Quebecois French and American English via phone.
  • Handle customer inquiries and troubleshoot issues.
  • Guide customers through account setup and updates.
  • Identify and qualify potential sales opportunities.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams.
  • Adhere to quality assurance standards.
  • Work in a hybrid schedule (onsite and remote).
  • Must reside within the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex.
  • Must pass a typing test of at least 30 WPM.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the USA.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Quebecois French and American English.
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Microsoft Office proficiency (Excel, Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, SharePoint).
  • Ability to pass a federal background check.
  • Must be able to work onsite at the Dallas headquarters.
