Overview

As a Controller at Telix Pharmaceuticals, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the accuracy and completeness of financial statements for various legal entities across multiple currencies, in compliance with IFRS.

In Short

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts receivable, and accounts payable.
• Lead and manage a team of accountants and specialists.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS accounting standards and internal controls (SOX).
• Oversee month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes.
• Analyze financial activities to explain variances and enhance forecasting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and systems.
• Support audits and implement corrective actions based on findings.
• Prepare financial statements for multiple legal entities in compliance with accounting standards.
• Stay updated on regulatory changes impacting financial reporting.
• Drive cross-functional initiatives to support the company's financial objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; Master’s preferred.
• Certified Public Accountant or equivalent certification highly preferred.
• 8+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• 5+ years of management experience with a proven ability to lead teams.
• Experience in a hyper growth company and with M&A integration preferred.
• Strong proficiency in SAP or other accounting software.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
