You will be supporting the international roll-out of our approved prostate cancer imaging agent and helping us to advance our portfolio of late clinical-stage products that address significant unmet need in oncology and rare diseases.

In Short

• Lead and execute the overarching Medical Affairs strategy.
• Establish and maintain partnerships with key opinion leaders.
• Define and oversee field medical engagement plans.
• Identify key research opportunities and evidence generation strategies.
• Provide oversight of clinical trial recruitment and retention efforts.
• Serve as Medical Affairs lead at scientific congresses.
• Direct Medical Education grant programs and research strategies.
• Build and mentor a high-performing MSL team.
• Lead departmental goals and performance metrics.
• Ensure compliance with ethical and regulatory standards.

Requirements

• Advanced scientific, healthcare, or medical degree (PharmD, PhD, MD, RN) required.
• 5+ years MSL-Specific experience with launch experience required.
• Thorough understanding of relevant policies in the radiopharmaceutical industry.
• Experience in interpretation of scientific data and market research.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Local, regional, and national travel up to 75%.
