Overview

The Technical Account Manager (TAM) is responsible for managing all the technical aspects of Telefónica Tech’s relationship with their assigned customers, acting as a trusted advisor and developing solutions that match customer business requirements.

In Short

  • Act as a trusted technical advisor for customers.
  • Bridge communication between customers and Telefónica Tech.
  • Identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain customer roadmaps.
  • Manage and update customer technical documentation.
  • Support service availability targets.
  • Handle complex customer issues.
  • Collaborate with various teams to enhance IT services.
  • Conduct technical account reviews.
  • Maintain industry certifications.

Requirements

  • Experience in a customer-facing technical role.
  • Strong understanding of AWS and Microsoft Azure.
  • Expertise in Application Transformation & Cloud Migration.
  • Hands-on experience with IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS solutions.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, and Teams.
  • Understanding of Networking and storage solutions.
  • Familiarity with backup and disaster recovery technologies.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Knowledge of ITIL framework.
