Penetration Tester - Remote

Overview

This is a full-time role for a Penetration Tester to join a mature managed services Cyber team who manage the security posture of critical infrastructure and services under an ISO27001 and Cyber Essentials + certified managed service environment.

• Conduct penetration tests and red-teaming exercises for healthcare enterprises.
• Showcase how adversaries can exploit vulnerabilities in systems.
• Conduct adversary emulation on various enterprise environments.
• Plan and execute different types of penetration testing.
• Conduct both automated and manual penetration tests.
• Perform manual configuration reviews for various devices and applications.
• Maintain an understanding of security technologies and principles.
• Communicate findings effectively through reporting and presentations.
• Stay updated with the latest security threats and technologies.
• Possess a proactive attitude towards learning and sharing knowledge.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in penetration testing across various platforms.
• Experience in planning and executing red teaming exercises.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills.
• Ability to manage workload effectively.
• Desire to learn new technologies and keep up to date with developments.
• Cyber security certification is desirable.
• Scripting experience is a plus.
• Must have the right to work in the UK or Ireland.
• Access to own transport is essential.
