Overview

An experienced Dynamics 365 HR Consultant is needed to review an existing D365 HR implementation and provide recommendations for improvement.

• Conduct a comprehensive review of the current Dynamics 365 HR implementation
• Assess system configuration across core HR areas
• Evaluate alignment with business requirements and HR best practices
• Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities
• Review data structures, data quality, and reporting capabilities
• Assess integrations with other systems
• Provide recommendations on system optimisation and process improvements
• Produce a clear assessment report and roadmap of recommendations
• Present findings and advise stakeholders on prioritisation and next steps
• Engagement type is a day rate contract for 2 months

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Dynamics 365 HR Consultant
• Strong experience reviewing existing D365 implementations
• Deep understanding of HR processes and D365 HR functionality
• Ability to identify gaps and provide practical recommendations
• Experience with system optimisation and continuous improvement initiatives
• Strong stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation skills
