Overview

The audius GmbH is seeking a Senior Dynamics 365 Consultant to lead and manage CRM projects, optimizing customer processes using Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power BI.

• Lead and manage CRM projects from requirements analysis to successful implementation.

Requirements

• Several years of experience in consulting or project management in IT, CRM, or Business Intelligence.
• In-depth knowledge of Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Insights, Service, or Field Service.
• Strong analytical thinking and a solution-oriented, independent working style.
• Motivation to work on exciting customer projects with modern technologies.
• Team spirit, communication skills, and service orientation.
• Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken.
