Overview

This role involves overseeing compliance with financial regulations in Argentina while representing Telcoin in local operations.

• Lead compliance efforts for AML and CFT.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of compliance experience in fintech or financial services.
• Experience interacting with Argentine regulators.
• Strong understanding of AML/CFT frameworks.
• Ability to operate autonomously and make strategic decisions.
• Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English.
• Must be based in Argentina and authorized to work.
