Principal Consultant - Security (Mission Critical) - Remote

Overview

The Principal Consultant at TEECOM leads large, complex projects in the intersection of technology and the built environment, working with clients and teams to deliver exceptional building experiences.

In Short

• Lead complex projects from start to finish with limited direction.
• Delegate work effectively and promote teamwork.
• Mentor junior staff and develop training content.
• Manage client relationships and seek new business opportunities.
• Conduct client meetings and programming sessions.
• Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Utilize software applications for project delivery.
• Participate in internal team and project meetings.

• Provide support to the team and improve processes.

Requirements

• BS in Engineering (electrical preferred) or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of eight years of design experience in security systems.
• Expertise in AutoCAD and Revit.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience in client relationship management.
• Knowledge of the AEC industry and technology systems.
• Certifications such as CPP or PSP preferred.
• PE or PMP certifications are a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and G Suite.
