Overview

The Designer I is an entry-level role focused on building discipline fundamentals through hands-on Revit modeling, coordination, and documentation while learning TEECOM’s workflows, tools, and standards that support coordinated construction document delivery across TEECOM disciplines.

Requirements

• BS in Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in AEC industry or related fields.
• Exposure to Revit, AutoCAD, or similar tools preferred.
• Familiarity with BIM coordination concepts is a plus.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in standard software tools like Microsoft 365 Suite.
• Willingness to learn Autodesk tools and other software.
• Foundational understanding of technology systems is a plus.
• Industry certifications preferred but not required.
