Overview

The Designer III is an entry-level role focused on supporting modeling strategy, strengthening discipline execution, and owning coordination and documentation quality across projects within a defined discipline focus.

Requirements

• BS in Engineering (Electrical preferred), Architecture, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in the AEC industry.
• Strong proficiency in Revit and coordinated modeling.
• Experience with technology system designs preferred.
• Ability to manage and maintain coordinated models.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit.
• Familiarity with Navisworks, AutoCAD, and GitHub.
