Product Manager OR Senior Product Manager, Events & Platform Operations - Remote

Overview

We’re seeking a Senior Product Manager to join TED’s Technology team and drive the strategy, execution, and operations of products that support both our global events and internal platform operations.

In Short

• Lead cross-functional team to design and build user-facing products.
• Drive strategy and roadmap for event products and internal platforms.
• Manage day-to-day delivery and translate ideas into detailed specifications.
• Oversee event preparation and operations for TED’s global events.
• Lead training and enablement for internal teams using SaaS tools.
• Support ongoing maintenance and upgrades of critical systems.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to create valuable tools.
• Define and measure KPIs to evaluate product success.

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of product management experience.
• Familiarity with SaaS tools like Sailthru and Webflow.
• Empathetic and detail-oriented with a user-focused approach.
• Proficient in all phases of the product development lifecycle.
• Hands-on problem-solver willing to tackle operational tasks.
• Ability to lead through ambiguity and stressful situations.
• Collaborative and strategic thinker with clear communication skills.
• Strong belief in TED’s mission and values.
