Technical Writer Intern - Fall 2025 - Remote

Overview

This internship offers an opportunity for a technical writer to collaborate with a dedicated team, contributing to documentation for various applications within the Elite™ platform while enjoying the benefits of remote work.

In Short

• Work closely with technical writers and R&D teams.
• Participate in the entire publication process.
• Revise and correct existing documentation.
• Utilize AI tools to enhance documentation.
• Create short videos explaining new features.
• Work with source files in a Git repository.
• Update internal user documentation.
• Participate in meetings with QA, developers, and product managers.
• Create and maintain API documentation.

Requirements

• Excellent writing skills with examples of technical writing.
• Strong communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and a proactive approach.
• Technical interest and curiosity.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English.
• Familiarity with agile development practices (a plus).
• Basic knowledge of Git operations.
• Experience with writing tools like oXygen, Structured FrameMaker, XMetaL (a plus).
• Understanding of structured writing and DITA concepts (a plus).
