Working Student: CRM & Automation (HubSpot / Web) - Remote

Overview

In Short

• Maintain and optimize our CRM HubSpot (objects, pipelines, workflows, dashboards, etc.)
• Support lead management, especially managing large lead volumes, segmentation, and nurturing
• Automate our lead funnels through workflows and sequences, implement technical features (forms, events, tracking points, etc.), and assist other teams with their automation requests
• Create dashboards and reports to support sales and marketing, contributing to the continuous optimization of our sales pipelines and processes
• Assist in analyzing the customer journey from first contact to conversion
• Responsible for regular checks of data and data quality

Requirements

• First experience with HubSpot or a comparable CRM tool
• Interest and initial experience in technical topics in the CRM environment such as automation and digital funnel management
• Ideally, first exposure to tracking, SQL, or web tools
• Constantly seek new ways to achieve better results
• Structured working style coupled with a hands-on mentality
• Analytical thinking and very good Excel or Google Sheets skills
• Fluent in German and English, both spoken and written
