In Short

• Identify potential for AI and automation to increase efficiency in business processes, especially in customer support, marketing, sales, and project execution.
• Analyze existing processes with departments and develop proposals for AI-supported optimizations.
• Continuously monitor the market in AI and automation and derive relevant trends and opportunities for the company.
• Independently test and implement solutions with AI tools and automation solutions.
• Take on an advisory role with departments and implement innovative ideas into concrete applications.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of AI agents for various business areas.

Requirements

• Ongoing studies in computer science, business informatics, data science, or related fields.
• Basic understanding of business processes, ideally in areas like customer support, marketing, or sales.
• Enthusiasm for artificial intelligence and automation technologies.
• Initial practical experience with tools like ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude, or similar AI tools.
• High IT affinity, quick comprehension, and enjoyment of trying out new tools hands-on.
• Ability to explain complex issues simply.
• Independent and structured working style.
• Very good German and English skills.
• Availability of 15-20 hours per week.
