Overview

As a Technical Product Manager at Zeals, you will play a key role in supporting clients while driving product-led growth through backend services development and integrations.

In Short

Lead backend services development focusing on messaging and channel integrations.
Oversee enterprise/data integrations and API integrations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape the technical vision.
Manage complex technical projects from ideation to launch.
Define API requirements and manage third-party service integrations.
Design and optimize data pipelines for analytics.
Monitor and resolve technical issues in message processing.
Stay updated with trends in backend services and AI technologies.
Business proficiency in Japanese is preferred.

Requirements

3+ years of experience in product management for backend services.
Strong understanding of messaging APIs and payment gateways.
Familiarity with data engineering and ETL processes.
Experience with CRM and e-commerce platforms.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
