Senior Site Reliability Engineer - Remote

Overview

TechInsights is building the reliability and AI operations foundation for its next chapter — an AI-first intelligence platform that runs the most demanding semiconductor intelligence workflows in the world. We're looking for a Senior Site Reliability Engineer who wants to own that foundation.

In Short

• Own SLOs, SLIs, and error budgets for all production services.
• Design reliability patterns for AI agent pipelines.
• Lead incident response and post-incident reviews.
• Serve as the primary reliability liaison to Software and AI Engineering.
• Own CI/CD pipeline strategy using Bitbucket Pipelines and GitHub Actions.
• Operate Datadog for service health and telemetry.
• Own infrastructure as code via Terraform and GitOps.
• Mentor junior and intermediate SRE engineers.
• Build AI-assisted automation to reduce operational toil.
• Flexibility to work in a high-growth environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 6-8 years of experience in site reliability engineering or DevOps.
• Deep expertise in AWS and multi-region architecture.
• Proficiency with Terraform and GitOps.
• Hands-on experience with Datadog.
• Strong containerization expertise with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Proficiency in Python and/or Bash.
• Experience with CI/CD pipeline design.
• Familiarity with IDP tooling.
• Experience with AI/ML workload infrastructure is a plus.
