Overview

Team Rubicon (TR) is seeking a Director, Development Operations to join TR's Development x Development Operations team! The Director, Development Operations will lead a team responsible for optimizing fundraising infrastructure, data integrity, compliance, and reporting. This role will oversee database management, gift processing, donor analytics, financial reconciliation, and operational efficiency, ensuring seamless coordination across Development, Finance, and Technology teams. The Director, Development Operations will also ensure adherence to fundraising compliance regulations, donor privacy laws, and financial reporting standards while supporting strategic planning and revenue forecasting. This individual must be a systems-thinker and problem-solver with deep expertise in CRM management, fundraising analytics, and compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of experience in fundraising operations or nonprofit management.
• Extensive experience with CRM systems like Salesforce.
• Strong knowledge of fundraising compliance and donor privacy laws.
• Expertise in data analysis and revenue forecasting.
• Experience managing gift processing and donor acknowledgment.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Experience handling sensitive donor information with discretion.
• Strong problem-solving and leadership skills.
