Associate, Client Services (Long Term Recovery) - Remote

Overview

Team Rubicon (TR) is seeking an Associate, Client Services (Long Term Recovery) to join TR's Programs Long Term Recovery team! The Associate will assist with identifying and supporting beneficiaries through the lifecycle of the Long Term Recovery program delivery, requiring strong customer service skills, peer-to-peer communication, conflict resolution, tenacity, and a demonstrated ability to lead with empathy.

In Short

• Conduct outreach to prospective clients and other organizations for referrals.
• Develop Individual Recovery Plans that include client input.
• Conduct follow-up visits to monitor and assess the effectiveness of services.
• Document comprehensive client background information and progress.
• Prepare reports as requested.
• Assist clients in identifying and obtaining available benefits.
• Develop and maintain rapport with Greyshirt volunteers.
• Provide support in identifying new capability opportunities.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing disaster landscapes.
• Assist in various duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in social work, disaster management, business administration, or related field.
• 2-3 years of relevant experience in disaster case management or client services.
• Preferred: experience in customer service, client intake, and CRM tools.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
