RegTech Client Services Associate - Remote

Overview

Signicat is a pioneering Pan-European Digital Identity Service Provider (DISP) that supports various data sources for identity verification and compliance. We are seeking a motivated individual as a RegTech Client Services Associate to build and maintain strong client relationships using our regulatory technology solutions.

In Short

• Act as primary contact for client inquiries and support.
• Build strong relationships with clients regarding regulatory technology solutions.
• Lead client onboarding and integration of RegTech products.
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for project delivery.
• Generate reports and dashboards using BI tools.
• Stay updated with regulatory changes.
• Communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Work in a hybrid model with some office presence.
• Engage in continuous learning and development.

Requirements

• Ability to develop strong client relationships.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts simply.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field.
• Foundational knowledge of scripting languages.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience in customer account management in a B2B environment is a plus.
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance and financial crimes prevention.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
