Overview

The Enablement Lead will design and execute enablement plans, identifying the most effective training methods, materials, stakeholders, delivery formats, and schedules. This role is best suited for someone skilled at operationalising enablement at scale while maintaining a strategic, big-picture view.

In Short

  • Design and deliver comprehensive enablement plans.
  • Build and maintain a central library of resources for cross-sell initiatives.
  • Develop scalable enablement frameworks aligned with cross-sell objectives.
  • Evaluate the best approach for scaling enablement.
  • Establish metrics and feedback mechanisms to measure enablement efficiency.
  • Partner with Commercial Directors and sales leaders to refine enablement strategies.

Requirements

  • Proven success in developing enablement programs within a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Hands-on experience in LMS selection and project management.
  • Strong background in content creation and managing training resources.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
