Overview

The Manager, Program is responsible for overseeing programmatic services and projects aimed at enhancing professional learning for K-12 educators, while managing client relationships and supporting team development.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Five years of experience in PK-12 education, including teaching underserved students.
• Experience managing client relationships and workflow.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in designing impactful professional learning for educators.
• Deep knowledge of ELA content and standards.
• Ability to work flexibly and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Experience in project management and coaching.
• Strong commitment to educational equity.
• Advanced degree preferred.
