Director, Program (Bilingual English/Spanish ELA) - Remote

Overview

The Director, Program for Teaching Lab is responsible for setting programmatic goals, creating systems and processes to meet those goals, and leading teams to implement these systems, all while focusing on bilingual education and professional learning.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• Five or more years of experience in project management and team leadership.
• Experience in K-12 education, particularly bilingual education.
• Strong knowledge of curriculum design and professional learning.
• Ability to work collaboratively and engage with diverse stakeholders.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Experience in coaching and facilitating professional learning.
• Ability to travel as needed for the role.
