  • Experience managing large teams (50+ people).
  • Bachelor's degree required; related Master's preferred.
  • Ability to travel for in-person engagements.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Exceptional writing and storytelling abilities.
  • Strong emotional intelligence and relationship-building skills.
