The Senior Manager of IT Application Support provides leadership and technical guidance in application development and support, overseeing complex systems and strategic initiatives within the organization.

Requirements

Experience with monitoring tools like Splunk and Datadog.
5+ years in SQL and database management.
Understanding of ITIL processes and best practices.
Experience in cloud technologies, preferably Microsoft Azure or AWS.
Familiarity with scripting languages such as Python or Shell.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities.
