The Regulatory Compliance Oversight Analyst plays a crucial role in ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations within TD Bank, focusing on loan servicing, auto originations, and regulatory compliance oversight.

Requirements

• Experience in QA/QC monitoring/testing.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment.
• Experience with risk management and compliance controls.
• Knowledge of consumer protection laws.
• Ability to lead projects with complex requirements.
• Experience in banking or financial services preferred.
