In Short

• Work in tandem with the Regulatory Compliance Manager to draft and review internal controls related to online sportsbook and interactive casino operations.
• Maintain oversight of patron complaints received by state-gaming regulators.
• Monitor and investigate operational compliance relevant to internal controls and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare and submit internal and external reports.
• Assist with compliance record keeping activities.
• Attend state-gaming regulatory meetings, virtually and telephonically.
• Help identify areas of non-compliance.
• Draft and finalize standard operating procedures.
• Proactively identify issues that may impact the business.
• Perform regulatory reviews across multiple jurisdictions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in legal, audit or regulatory field, or relevant industry experience.
• 2+ years of experience in a similar role; experience in the Gambling industry is a plus.
• Ability to communicate regulatory standards effectively.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to collaborate and work independently.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
