Overview

The Production Control Manager I supports item processing, focusing on incident management and business continuity, while also driving process improvement strategies.

In Short

• Support item processing and incident management.
• Manage business continuity issues and updates.
• Drive process improvement strategies across sites.
• Participate in item processing projects as a Subject Matter Expert.
• Ensure departmental quality measures are met.
• Communicate system changes affecting item processing.
• Provide departmental analytics and metrics.
• Coordinate and update departmental procedures.
• Work Monday-Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
• Occasional domestic travel may be required.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1+ years of related experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven technology experience with file, network, and transmissions issues.
• Strong understanding of item processing and IT knowledge.
• Project management experience preferred.
• Lean Six Sigma certification preferred.
• Facilitation skills are a plus.
• Ability to perform sedentary work continuously.
• Ability to respond quickly to sounds and concentrate for long periods.
