Overview

The Reporting & Data Operations Specialist will support the accuracy, automation, and efficiency of internal financial and operational reporting, ensuring clean, up-to-date data and reliable reporting in a Google Workspace environment.

• Manage financial data flows and maintain reporting files.

Requirements

• Advanced Google Sheets skills (ARRAYFORMULA, QUERY, Apps Script preferred).
• Strong understanding of data structures and file organization.
• Basic accounting knowledge (debits/credits, accruals, prepayments).
• Experience with BI tools (Looker Studio or Power BI) is an advantage.
• Familiarity with accounting tools (Xero, QuickBooks, ERP) is a plus.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Strong communication and documentation abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple data sources consistently.
• Proactive and structured problem-solver.
