In Short

  • Provide outstanding customer experience at the heart of our mission.
  • Support clients with VAT and EPR tax-related queries through various channels.
  • Keep clients informed and guide them through VAT compliance tasks.
  • Collaborate with Onboarding, Finance, and Product Development departments.

Requirements

  • Native / Fluent English language knowledge.
  • Fluency in any other European language (German, French, Italian, Spanish).
  • Remote customer service experience (phone, email, chat) 1+ year.
  • Work experience in VAT / Tax field and ChatGPT / AI customer support is a plus.
  • Empathy and love for helping people.
  • Ability to explain complex issues simply.
  • Excellent organization, problem-solving & communication skills.
