Overview

The primary role of the Customer Care Specialist is to ensure that customers are delighted, seeing the value and actively using and advocating HighLevel’s software application.

In Short

  • Ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Coordinate with other departments for customer support.
  • Perform proactive outreach to at-risk customers.
  • Monitor client health algorithms.
  • Help turn at-risk customers from “red” to “green”.

Requirements
