Overview

As a Senior LMS Administrator at TaskUs, you will manage the LMS user experience, ensuring effective functionality and providing support to users while generating reports and maintaining compliance.

In Short

  • Manage overall LMS user experience.
  • Generate reports and maintain compliance dashboards.
  • Ensure the LMS is up-to-date and functional.
  • Coordinate with departments to enhance compliance.
  • Monitor LMS enrollments and create courses.
  • Provide analysis and insights from reports.
  • Conduct alpha and beta testing of LMS features.
  • Interact with stakeholders to troubleshoot LMS issues.
  • Maintain course structure in Moodle.
  • Review SCORM packages for functionality.

Requirements

  • Degree in L&D systems, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 1-2 years of customer service or technical support experience.
  • Experience managing a Learning Management System (preferably Moodle).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and G-Suite applications.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, and CSS is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and project management skills.
  • Interest in training and human resources field.
